We were glad that we hired Jensen for our project. He’s quick to respond and very knowledgeable with the tile work. Courteous and very punctual. Reasonable price for the work done. We are happy at the final results. I will hire him again for our next project.

Jensen is excellent. I would highly recommend him. He is professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was always on time and provided valuable insights and suggestions for the job. I would certainly call him first for any additional tile jobs. Our new tile shower looks great.

Jensen is an awesome on what he does , he did the Backsplash in our house in less than a day and it was an amazing job. He made me and my family very happy on what he did to our kitchen and dining wall. Thanks God I found Thumbtack otherwise will never found Jensen!I will not stop recommending Jensen to my relatives and friends - what he did to the Backsplash on the kitchen and dining was beyond perfect !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices is fair and goes accordingly to todays market. When a bid is sent out, the pricing bid is not finalized until I have more info and detail pertaining to your project. Returning clients will get a dicount for any additional tile installation project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First it starts off with a phone call to get an idea on what the customer wants and give them a rough estimate in the area what the job could cost.
Second we setup a onsite estimate to finalize the pricing and help the customer to understand the process how many different application materials work.
If both parties agree on pricing we book a date which fit perfect for both of us and a contract is written up for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started in The tile trade since 2002, Went to school through the union and completed 2 years early due to picking up the trade quickly. The school teaches you the right way to do the trade, 1 year of blue print studying, 1 year of safety hazard , 1 year OSHA studying and 1 year hands on class in the schooling.
