- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Oasis Heating & Air Conditioning offers transparent, competitive pricing, and we are always upfront with all of our prices, so clients can make informed decisions. Our clients can take advantage of a variety of financing options including monthly payments to fit their budget (with approved credit) and we often have special promotions available. Ask for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacting a new client, we like to hear their story first - what is going on with their system, what they are looking to get from contacting an HVAC company, etc. We also ask each client a series of questions to get a better understanding of their system to identify solutions and ways that we can help. Based on the conversation, we will then schedule a service call or a free in-home consultation, depending on the scope of work being requested. As always, we welcome all questions!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father has owned his construction company for over 30 years, so I grew up around all the different trades. I was drawn to HVAC given how much of a positive impact it can have for residents of Southern California. After working in the HVAC industry for many years, my partner and I decided to join forces to launch our own company - Oasis Heating & Air Conditioning. We enjoyed our time with our previous companies, but we knew we could do the same high-quality work but offer it at a much lower cost.
