- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to understand the customer’s goals, visit the job site, take measurements, and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we schedule the project, communicate throughout the process, and make sure the customer is satisfied with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in flooring and remodeling and continue learning about new installation methods and products. My background includes luxury vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile, showers, stairs, and complete remodeling projects.
