Bill came to rekey my home when I moved in. The job was much bigger than I had told him because I didn't realize there were double locks on each of the doors. But he was so gracious and ended up coming back later to finish the job because he had to get to another appointment. He did a great job of explaining some of the complicated locks in my home and kept exactly to the quote he gave. I HIGHLY recommend and would use him again in a heartbeat!

I needed a deadbolt installed and a few locks re-aligned on short notice. I called Bill from A San Elijo Locksmith and in less than 24 hours the job was complete! He came prepared and had a deadbolt with him for purchase that saved me a trip to the hardware store. Responsive, great service, friendly guy. Would hire again.
