Introduction: My name is Adam, I am the owner and operator of Soma Physical Therapy. We are 1 on 1 physical therapy, we do not utilize aides or assistants. You will work for the entire treatment session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We take pride in providing the highest quality of care utilizing an active treatment approach. We also provide personal training services and wellness services to keep you on the right track after healing from your injury. We have over 5 years of experience working with military, active adults, high school and collegiate athletes, post surgery, and geriatrics. Adam at SOMA physical therapy is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to helping you feel your best. He spends the entire hour appointment with you instead of handing you over to an aide and makes sure you have all the tools you need to succeed inside and outside the gym. The gym is clean, new, and a comfortable place to be. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I saw more progress with Adam in the first few weeks at SOMA than I did in 6 months at a different physical therapy office. I highly recommend them and will be back if needed.

I highly recommend Adam for any physical therapy needs. I visited Adam from Nov 2022 to April 2023 to rehab an ACL reconstruction surgery. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and adjusts every session based on your individual pace of recovery. Every session is 1 on 1 with Adam and he has access to top quality gym equipment to use as needed.

My physical therapy experience with Adam was the best I have had over several years for shoulder issues. These were my first therapy sessions in a gym and it makes so much sense! He is thorough in his explanations and very professional. Thank you, Adam! I would highly recommend!

Adam is the BEST physical therapist I've ever been to and I have been to many over the years. I saw Adam for my neck, shoulder and chronic back issues and I am happy to say that I am moving freely now and able to continue the exercises at home. He is extremely professional, kind and great explaining the "why" behind the exercises. I would recommend Soma physical therapy to anyone in need, and this is the first time that I've ever felt strongly enough about a physical therapist's skills to post a review/recommendation.

I started working with Adam to address injuries sustained by a bad fall from a third story balcony back in January. I have severe and complicated injuries, and I can tell that Adam puts a lot of thought and intention to get the most out of our sessions. Like others have said, hes the best physical therapist/trainer Ive ever had. Not only am I making great progress along physical lines, but Adams positive attitude and genuine care have helped me push through the depression that came with chronic pain and isolation. Traumatized from the accident, I have also been fearful of whether I would make a full recovery, and be able to walk and do yoga again(Im a yoga teacher). But, after working with Adam, I have no doubt I can get there if I stay committed, and have the right support. Thanks for sticking through this with me, Adam! #wheelchairtowalking
