Highly Recommended, prompt and courteous, priced right!Details: My water heater started leaking (thankfully did not burst). I called Express Water Heaters (as I have seen their truck in my neighborhood frequently). I spoke to the Owner, Robert, he immediately answered and explained my options as well as the process. Their pricing was right inline with all others I checked. Robert had Neil come out the next day. Robert placed the order and the new item arrived the next day (delivered to the garage). He scheduled his employee Neil to install the unit. Neil was on time (actually called to ask if it was ok to arrive a little early-wow) and super nice (clean as well). Neil promptly installed the WH within an hour. He also explained the items of importance. They warranty their products and all is great. I highly suggest this company and I encourage you to have the tank replaced before it breaks. They last about 10-12 years. I have had three plumbers tell me this and ours went 12.5 years. Mine went a little longer because I drained it once, or that is what I believe. FYI-IF your water quality has heavy sediment, it can decrease the life of your water heater and cause it problems earlier. Don't mess around with your WH, get it checked or replaced before it leaks or bursts!!!!

Still 5 stars after all these years!I first left a review for Express Water Heaters and Plumbing back in 2015 after Bob (the owner) did a fantastic job helping my mom. She was so impressed with his professionalism, timeliness, and friendliness--she wished more home service companies were like his. Fast forward to today, and nothing has changed (in the best way)!Last night, I reached out with an urgent water heater issue. Robert and his son Dante responded immediately and were at my home early this morning. They installed a brand-new water heater, ensured everything was fully up to code, and completed the job with the same care and attention to detail I remembered from years ago.It's clear that excellence runs in the family. Dante was just as courteous and professional as his dad, and together they make a phenomenal team. Reliable, skilled, and genuinely kind people--this is the kind of service you hope for and rarely find.Highly recommended, then and now. Thank you again, Robert and Dante!

I needed a new water heater for my home after my hot water started not to come in, I called and got Express Water Heaters to come in the same day and they replaced my water heater within 2 hours. They were professional and left my home clean. I really was impressed .
