Woke up to a flooded garage and leaking water heater. I texted Robert at 8am and he was out (along with Dante) and installing a new one by the afternoon. Very responsive and great communication throughout the process. Prices were competitive with other plumbing companies in the area.

Still 5 stars after all these years!I first left a review for Express Water Heaters and Plumbing back in 2015 after Bob (the owner) did a fantastic job helping my mom. She was so impressed with his professionalism, timeliness, and friendliness--she wished more home service companies were like his. Fast forward to today, and nothing has changed (in the best way)!Last night, I reached out with an urgent water heater issue. Robert and his son Dante responded immediately and were at my home early this morning. They installed a brand-new water heater, ensured everything was fully up to code, and completed the job with the same care and attention to detail I remembered from years ago.It's clear that excellence runs in the family. Dante was just as courteous and professional as his dad, and together they make a phenomenal team. Reliable, skilled, and genuinely kind people--this is the kind of service you hope for and rarely find.Highly recommended, then and now. Thank you again, Robert and Dante!
