Our experience with LB Construction & Remodeling for a home remodel and addition was fantastic. Throughout the project, they excelled in effective communication, problem solving, and sticking to the plans we had agreed upon.Before starting our project, we spoke with several contractors and selected LB Construction & Remodeling because from our initial consultation, we were impressed by suggestions, felt our ideas were well received and our questions/concerns were addressed. During the project, we occasionally had new requests, and the team was able to accommodate the extras for very reasonable add-on rates.What truly stood out was their ability to handle unexpected challenges with professionalism. As you can expect in construction projects, unforeseen issues arose (our house was built in 1951), but the team at LB Construction & Remodeling addressed them smoothly. This high degree of reliability was significant and gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the project.In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend LB Construction & Remodeling for any construction project. Their strong communication, adaptability, and reliability make them an excellent choice for home improvement projects. After speaking with multiple contractors, we decided to go with this company to remodel the kitchen in our home in San Mateo and we are so happy we chose them! Our project managers, David, were awesome to work with and really listened to what we wanted for our future kitchen. They also made sure everything got done on time. They did run into some issues with the gas lines, but fixed it for us with no additional charge!Thank you LB Construction And Remodeling for all your amazing and hard work!

Amazing work by the team. Very professional and every step of the way was communicated well. They even dealt with Home Depot for us when the shower door we bought came with missing parts. Dan Peretz the project manager was very helpful and the main reason this was such a success. Much cheaper than the other quotes we got also
