My partner and I recently acquired a property in San Mateo and had been in discussions with multiple builders. We believed we had discovered the ideal one; however, they withdrew after realizing we had sought advice from other builders regarding specific features, such as lanai doors. It appeared that they were simply overwhelmed by their competitors. Following a recommendation from our friend John, my wife had an enjoyable conversation with Yuvi, the project manager at Masterful Construction. S We presented our floor plan concepts to Yuvi and identified a plan on their website that we could adapt to fit our requirements. Yuvi skillfully guided us through a variety of features and alterations, assisting us in making cost-effective choices while adhering to our budget. During the contracting and building phases, Yuvi consistently kept us well-informed and sought our opinions when necessary. He went the extra mile to accommodate eleventh-hour adjustments, such as a full-length concrete driveway (originally intended to be gravel) and an 800-square-foot patio.
