Hi there! Sio here, owner and founder of Bay Pacific Concrete LLC. I look forward to meeting you! Bay Pacific Concrete may be a newly established business but I’m not new to concrete as it’s been my profession for most of my working years. While I’m grateful for all the skills I’ve acquired and experiences I’ve gained under past employers, I have long wanted to venture out on my own and dive deeper into my passion on a personal level. I hired Sio to put down 4 concrete footings for a gazebo installation. The gazebo is going on grass, I needed a solid foundation. Sio arrived on time and completed the job in one day. He didn’t rush , our communication was on point. The communication was great between him and I. He gets down to the details about the way I wanted my footing done. He made sure all the concrete footings were leveled and even measured with strings to make sure everything was perfect. I was appreciative that he walked me through all his steps and explained everything clearly and what was going to be done next. I would definitely recommend Sio and would hire again in a heart beat.

Sio was great from the very beginning. He was very informative and friendly during our estimate appointment and offered the best value for my project. There were a couple last minute changes and additions to my project and he tackled it with professionalism and as he worked he went above and beyond the ask! I would highly recommend him and his crew! I am beyond happy with the cement work done in my side yard and driveway.
