- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m willing to work with the customer just like the customer is willing to work with me. Once the material is covered then I can be flexible around the labor cost. Referrals are always appreciated economically.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figuring out what they want and trying my best to make it the most economical. They’re building codes to follow so my job is to build the safest way. Once the investment for safety is acknowledged then we can talk about our other options. If they’re is time for design we can do that or if the customer decides to go with something simple I’ll always make sure it stands out!!

I attended-ibt & the Carpenters apprenticeship program at ctcnc.
