The installers communicated their planned arrival in advance and showed up exactly on the scheduled date, promptly in the morning to start work. There were two installers and we appreciated the way they checked with us for guidence on things that are personal preference, such as the pattern the laminate should be laid in the hallway and where I want the flooring to end with regards to the door thresholds. They were friendly and understanding of the inconveniences in my house (my dogs pestering them on occasion, people in the house). The original projection was for 3 days but they completed the iob in only 2 days. They did a really good job overall, with only small errors here and there, such as baseboards that don't align fully at the corner, but those are easy / minor fixes we can do ourselves and honestly such small things like that are to be expected at this price point. Overall it looks great and we're all quite pleased with it.
Payment is 50% up front, then the remainder after the installation is complete with accepted payment methods including cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. LJ stood by the quoted price at final payment without adding any "change orders" or unexpected charges / fees, which was much appreciated.
Overall, I think they were professional, courteous, organized, appropriately priced, prompt, and did a good job. Thank you so much for your help LJ and Team - you've improved the quality of our lives a lot by providing a solid level floor throughout our living space and made it effortless for us compared to other contractors we've worked with on other jobs. We really appreciate the help and your effort to make this go so smoothly for customers - outstanding client support!
