I’m so thrilled. I told Grooming Duo that my dog was older, shy and easily startled. He was so gentle snd calm with Shirley that she went with him easily. Best groom she’s had for a long time. I’m so i Pressed with the care he showed Shirley and the beauty of her groom. The day after her groom, literally five people stopped her to say how cute she is.

Andre did an amazing job grooming both our dogs. Zuzu is an anxious cavapoo puppy and he handled her with so much calm patience. Libby is 16 and needs special attention and care and he truly understood that. He was so gentle with her! They both look amazing Highly recommend him to anyone who needs the convenience of a mobile groomer.

I have an elderly (but sweet) Havanese, Lucy, whose long-time groomer recently moved away. In the last year or so, our 16-year-oldLucy has lost much of her sight and hearing and startles easily, she also has sensitive skin/eyes, and pulls away when anyone tries to touch her paws. I’ve been reluctant to try a new groomer, hoping to handle things myself. One of my biggest issues was that she had been slipping all over our hardwood floors because her paw pads had gotten hairy, and it was impossible for me to trim them (even with my husband holding her in a body lock). All that said, I was very nervous about trying a new groomer. I researched quite a bit reading reviews etc then reached out to The Grooming Duo. Gisele responded right away. I listed all of the difficulties I thought they might encounter with Lucy, and they stepped up to the challenge. Several days later, Jovani pulled up in the mobile grooming van, patiently listened to all of my concerns and told me not to worry. He then took Lucy into his mobile shop, closed the door and returned her to me an hour later, comfortably cradled in his arm and completely cleaned up! I’d requested a puppy cut (as her fine hair can get matted easily) and she was done perfectly. I’m not entirely certain what went on in that mobile salon (whether Lucy was stressed or relaxed) but the end result is awesome and she seems to have navigated it all beautifully! I recommend The Grooming Duo and will definitely use them again.
