- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note that the initial quotes might be subject to change if the scope of the job expands beyond what was initially anticipated. To provide you with the most accurate pricing, we recommend either a walkthrough of the property or a detailed report accompanied by photographs to better assess the final cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like, when acquiring a new clients to be able to physically inspect the property in order to provide a more accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Founder/CEO has over 20 years hands on experience and guides all workers who join the CleanClean team, providing them with everything they need to do their best work.
