Jillian has been happily painting faces since 1998. What started as a hobby has turned into a professional community phenomenon. Jilly Bean Facepainting specializes in unique designs and patiently collaborates with each guest that sits in the chair. Guests are encouraged to explore their creativity to select designs that they love for a fun and unique face painting experience.
Jilly Bean Facepainting can paint approximately 10-20 faces in an hour with each design taking average of 1-5 mins to paint. Bookings require a 2-hour minimum plus 15-30 minute setup/breakdown.
Based in the San Pedro Area, this artist will travel throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County Areas. Please inquire for additional travel. Travel outside the South Bay Area may require a travel fee.

This artist books approximately 3-6 weeks out. All requests will be reviewed for availability and will be approved at the artist’s discretion. Additional artists may be available for larger events.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly Rate: $150/hr (2-hr min). I can paint approx. 10-20 faces per hour depending on design. Most designs will take 1-5 mins. (Please message me for festival pricing).
Payment/Booking Fee:
I require a $50 non-refundable booking fee to reserve the date at least 2 weeks before the event. This will go towards the total payment due on the date of the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will be directed to fill out a request form before submitting booking fee to verify details for the booking. A confirmation will be sent upon agreement of terms.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Studio Art/Graphic Design and “daylight” as a Freelance Graphic Designer. I have been Facepainting in some form since 1998. I’ve currently worked as a professional Facepainter at a large amusement venue for over 8 years.
