- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices including hair are for the most part what you see here, unless you would like a longer length, more hair, or blonde or blended colors you will receive the price posted. The prices for extensions also depend on whether or not you would like one method or two combined and whether or not you need a net or a closure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial correspondence via telephone, text, or email I will ask various questions to ensure the method of application is the best method and if previous installations were satisfactory, damage level, and oiliness of hair. If the client is unsure what type of method they would like or I will ask about hair type, thickness, and damage level. Many people are concerned with the cost associated with hair extensions, so all the questions I ask will ensure you get the most accurate price possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing hair for the last 12 years here in Los Angeles as a mobile hair stylist. I went to hair school in Torrace, CA and I have been doing hair extensions, weaves, and braids ever since.
