- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Up front, final pricing is given on the job before any work is started. We typically give 4-6 solution options and it's up to the customer to choose what is best for them. Most projects are done on the first visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply call the office and get an instant technician scheduled date. The technician will call you when he is enroute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
