The person who came to inspect was super knowledgable and we ended up going with them for the job because of it and the competitive price. However, the team that did the job shattered a light, spilled a closed can of paint that stained cement in our work room. They did not tell us about this. They didn’t clean it up. They offered to come install extra lights in the basement as a consolation. Nice but not needed as the one light bulb offered plenty of light. They were apologetic and empathetic. Wouldn’t write them off completely. Just left bad taste in my mouth.

The team of two did a terrific job of on the two relatively small projects (one was about 4 hours and one about 90 minutes). They were prompt, maintained an orderly workspace, worked well together, deeply understood the challenges and it all resulted in an excellent solution to both issues. It is four stars because I had some difficulty in following their billing and invoicing process. After all was paid up and the workers were gone I carefully reviewed my documentation and payments. It turned out that I was overcharged about 5%. I contacted them and they did agree immediately to refund by check. But that did not arrive after a week so I contacted them again and the check arrived three days later. That's not a huge deal, but it would have been easy to miss that overcharge if you were not very precise in your review of your billing. And four stars is a very good review otherwise. I will work with them again.
