- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When Thumbtack sends you a proposal, they require me to put an hourly rate. I don't work hourly. I'm a very results driven stylist, so I only work in packages. I offer a 3 month package that starts at $3000 and a 3-5 outfit package that starts at $1500. You can see more about my services on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial consult call, I have you fill out a small survey with all your sizing information. I also like you to make a small Pinterest board so that I get an idea of what you like. At our first meeting, we talk about the Pinterest board and any words that you'd like to use to describe your new style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a fashion design degree from Parsons Design School in New York City. I was a designer with my own clothing line for 12 years. I've worked in wardrobe on photoshoot sets for almost 15 years. I’ve also been trained in the 10 season seasonal color analysis system. I have an extensive knowledge of garment construction, fabric, colors, and proportion. I'm a lifelong lover of fashion and I've been obsessed with learning more about it my whole life.
