Dmytro came at the very beginning of the service window time, which never happens, so that was great. He is polite and very efficient. He got right to work and figured out the problem. He was honest when he found out it was a bit more complicated than it seemed and made sure to get my agreement before completing the work. He explained everything in a way that I understood, shopped for the necessary parts himself and completed all the work within the same call. He fixed what was a very dangerous situation with faulty wiring. I am very happy and recommend Dmytro highly!
