- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How do you work? I teach you to work with your own heart. Between sessions, depending on you and what works for you, you can do various practices, and access video reminders of certain teachings to access your own heart more deeply. My intention it to provide teaching for you to live your own life by your own heart, and by your own guidance, which is your highest and truest life for just you, harmful to none and gainful to all. With any teacher of this work, the point is for you to be empowered in YOUR OWN guidance, not anyone elses system. Why the mind boggles. Often, people are in their minds in little loops or old stories caused by past events. These unconscious meaning we arent aware of them theyre hidden beneath the waterline --- memories can put us into fear and rule us from the mind, yet these same unconscious memory energies are fully released by the heart thru love as we feel our emotions and let them go. This creates clear now guidance. And makes your life very very light. The mind is in charge of basic survival. It is not a place of creation, and it does not connect you to your highest path. Mind is servant-partner; heart is leader.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In late 2009, after experiencing success and then near-death burnout in the hyperdrive of Silicon Valley tech culture, I expected to "bounce back" right away and move into the next obvious answer create a company that Honored Both the intuitive/emotional and the rational/logical - Balance. Instead, I was told I might die if I didnt take a break, so putting myself first (at last), I went journeying to recover just my own balance, and ended up more strange places and for a lot longer than I had anticipated, seeing and understanding much more reality than I previously knew existed. Over time, I worked with a number of outliers synthesizing various perspectives across broad ranges of fields from deep physics to energy healers, co-working Hubs and tech organizations, wall street to indigenous wisdom teachers doing inquiry, teaching and dialogue-stirring to reveal the common patterns of how humanity is changing and moving now, the deep shift we are collectively going thru. I learned from the various edges about the middle where everything connects to everything. I began writing and sharing what I had learned about this moment in humanity and discovered it was hugely valuable to others. And I played, doing everything a 5-year old would do to restore my inner compass. My intuition, play and aliveness, my high sensing, my heart, and my body had all taken a beating in the "mind only culture I had been immersed in. Over five years, I began teaching and coaching women and groups and holding retreats for people to own and rise in their power.
