Volta came out for a same day service call and was able to complete the repair the next day. We were in a desperate situation being without heat in winter with a toddler and a newborn on the way! They were always on time and got the job completed well ahead of schedule - exceeding our expectations in every way.

We noticed a pungent burning type of smell coming from our Vents so we reached out to Volta HVAC company. We are reaching out to this company for the first time. Technician David from Volta arrived on time and inspected the vents and furnace and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the furnace and that the pungent smell could be due to the air inside home getting recycled via the return.

Outstanding experience! Our 6 year old Sears Kenmore Elite refrigerator stopped cooling. Called Sears for repair and they gave me a date several weeks out for service despite us having no working refrigerator. Used Thumbtack before with great success so decided to give it a try again. I messaged Volta on a Sunday night of a three day weekend around 10pm. On Monday ( the holiday) I had a return phone call at 8:30am. We confirmed the appliance details and i got an appointment for the very next day! The technician was right on time, diagnosed the problem ( compressor) and actually had the part in his truck and fixed the refrigerator on the spot! The technician was very professional and knowledgeable Though the compressor was under Sears warranty they would have only covered the cost of the part and I would have been without our refrigerator for several weeks. Sears sucks...call VOLTA :)

We had a refrigerator that needed a repair. It was about 10 years old and we were told by another company that we needed to buy a new one. Since it was an expensive refrigerator, we decided to get a second opinion. We found VOLTA (via Thumbtack) and they responded right away with an appointment to come to our home the very next day. James was our technician and he was fantastic. He arrived on-time, was very knowledgable, and promptly diagnosed the problem and immediately went to work to do the repair. We didn’t have to book any future follow-up appointments. He got the repair done and the problem fixed. This was by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with an appliance repair company. We would HIGHLY recommend them and use them again for future appliance repairs. 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
