Sam came by and took a look at our refrigerator. He was very professional and carefully explained what the issues were, and gave us a very honest explanation of the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing the fridge. He understood the pressure of having to make such a big decision on the spot and offered us a grace period to make the decision, making himself available to come back again this weekend if we decide to go with repairing.
