Introduction: Started in 1990, our first client was Interlink of Anthony Goldschmidt's film poster fame. Since then, we have worked for many other celebrities worldwide; yachting being our specialty. The majority of our work is in California and Baja, California, and Norte, Mexico. Our base of operation is the marina of Puerto Salinas with other locations in Del Mar and San Francisco. Our food consists of only the finest, hand-selected (preferably organic) meats, and produce. We raise dairy goats for organically produced milk for cheese production, we are looking forward to future importation of these products to the US. Other specialties include curries from India and Thailand, home-style German cooking, Latin and South American, Santa Fe traditional, and styles nouveau! We have worked with recipe pairings with Wolfgang Puck and worked as Roy Yamagucci's culinary team for the Olympic Games LA in 1984. We have been around (and we mean around) for many years. We know what people want for culinary inspirations.
