- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always honest and straightforward. I offer fair rates based on the scope of work and materials needed. For smaller jobs, I may charge an hourly rate, and for bigger projects, I’ll provide a detailed estimate. I’m always happy to walk you through the cost breakdown so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’ll ask a few questions to understand what you need done. If it’s a simple job, I can usually quote it quickly. For larger projects or remodels, I like to do an on-site visit so I can see the space and provide an accurate estimate. Once we agree on the details, I’ll schedule the work and keep you in the loop from start to finish.

I’ve spent years learning through hands-on experience in the field, working with skilled tradesmen and on a wide range of residential projects. Over time, I’ve built a strong set of skills in general contracting, remodeling, and home repairs — always improving with each job I take on.
