FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the 25 hours of continuing legal education all California attorneys are required to complete every three years, I am constantly reading articles and reviewing both legal and non-legal websites to stay current on new developments in the law. Not only do I stay current on developments in the areas of law in which I practice, but I also try to gather knowledge about other practice areas so that I can help clients and point them in the right direction for any services I cannot provide 'in-house.'
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common tasks I perform for clients are handling lawsuits filed in Orange County Superior Court, including breach of contract claims of any type, such as breach of lease, breach of employment agreement, breach of purchase agreement, and breach of equipment lease. I handle lawsuits from start to finish, including filing of lawsuits for plaintiffs and defending lawsuits for defendants. I also offer limited scope representation for those who do not want to pay for "bundled" attorney services, but want to have an attorney handle only certain portions of a lawsuit. I also handle formation of corporations, S corps, LLCs, and more.
