We focus on the client and approach financial consulting from an unbiased position as we offer a wide range of financial products, services and access to multiple financial institutions. This allows us to remain focused on the client and not financial products. As a personal financial educator I enjoy changing my clients lives for the better. Those "ah ha" moments they get when I share Wealth Nuggets with them feels awesome. Mostly the impact I have had on my clients lives to improve their financial situation in the present and the future is the most fulfilling. Cintia has made the task of finding a term life insurance policy very easy. She has been so personable and helpful starting with the application process using video conferencing software and her outgoing personality. She has followed the entire process from the physical exam through several phone interviews, and constantly keeping me informed and ready to resolve any issues that may arise. She is very knowledgeable and competent in her field and always available via phone, text or email for questions or updates. The amount of knowledge this woman has about finances is unbelievable. Most people are naive when it comes to credit, budgets, mutual funds, and insurance, so we kind of just go off of what we hear. But to actually sit down and assess your own personal financial situation and have her literally break it down for you and devise a plan for you to benefit your life is amazing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fixed for Personal Finance based services, competitive yet affordable. Personal Finance services include (Budgets, Savings Planning, Overall Financial Planning, Reviews and Coaching/Mentorship) We offer Group Coaching at Discounted prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free 20 minute Discovery phone call. During this time our client will discuss their current situation and exactly what they are looking for. We ask questions to offer recommendations on the type of service needed for our clients to reach our goals. A Program is decided and a link is sent for scheduling the appointment based on both our availability. Most appointments require a deposit that is applied to the service. We come out and educate and dig right into the program to provide solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Insurance/Retirement industry for 6 years. Licensed in Life, Health and Annuities. Licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator. I am Certified as a Personal Finance Counselor.
