- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials, and labor for each project. We don’t believe in hidden fees; everything is clearly outlined before work begins. Larger projects or bundled services may qualify for package savings or seasonal discounts. We also offer discounts for military (active duty and veterans), seniors, first responders, teachers, and homeowners preparing to list or sell their property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For smaller projects, we begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss the scope of work and provide a detailed estimate. For larger or more complex remodels, we follow a three-step process: 1. Initial Meeting – We review your goals, budget, and overall vision for the project. 2. Site Visit & Measurements – Our team gathers all dimensions, CAD drawings, and elevations needed for accurate planning. 3. Design & Material Selection – We help finalize the design, select finishes, confirm pricing, and schedule the project start. This process keeps everything organized, transparent, and ensures the finished result matches your expectations.
