Brianna did a great job taking care of my pup! Momo got the special treatment, her teeth brushed, nails cut, and even finished her off with a cupcake scent and a little heart printed on her side. So cute! I can tell she's very passionate about animals :)

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is based on weight and we have 3 service options, the Delux Bath, the Mini Trim and Delux Bath and Cut.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All new clients must bring their rabies vaccination papers. Once I've created a profile in my system, we discuss haircut and shampoo options. Upon pick up, I'll discuss how the process was and talk about anything I might have found during the grooming process (fleas, skin irritations, war infections, etc.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I started grooming my own pets when I was about 9. In June of 2013 I was hired at Petco as a bather. After one month, I began the grooming school program and graduated shortly after.
