As an HOA board member for a condo complex in San Diego with about 50 units, we needed to get our SB-326 inspections done before the deadlines hit. DrBalcony was recommended, and Im glad we went with them. The team was professional from the quote stagehelped us figure out exactly what was required without trying to upsell anything extra. On inspection day, the inspector (think his name was David) was really patient when a couple board members joined for the walkthrough and had tons of questions. He pointed out minor wear spots with photos on the spot via their app. Report was detailed but not overwhelming, and it gave us peace of mind that no major repairs are needed right now. Good communication throughoutdefinitely recommend.
