My project was a Residential Detached ADU in Los Angeles. The CompCodes team helped generate a beautiful design for my ADU and gave me all the guidance I needed. I really appreciate this team in submitting my project and getting my plans approved in a decent time of less than 6months. I was involved from start to finish and they even provided me with local contractors.
My favorite part was designing my ADU with their full professional team .

Not sure if Thumbtack is to blame or if they are, but they dont provide the very basic services I need. They took several days to send the proposal despite being told that it would be sent "soon" in several communications. In addition they missed 1st few schedualed call times. I had keep rescheduling because there was no communication until I initiated it. then when they did call on sunday, it was 30 minutes later than the schedualed time. I figured the topographical survey i requested was too difficult for them and decided i just needed them to sign off on the already staked corner locations(already staked by me via GPS coordinates in the sales documents, literally just needed someone to give it a thumbs up) but was told they dont do that type of lower tech surveying because it doesn't involve drones and i should contact a different surveying firm. 😤🤌🤌

Per our schedule which you should of reviewed we do not work weekends and we accommodated you by responding and trying to get your scope and what you need.
Like I said previously our firm uses technology and drones to generate our land surveys if it does not work for you then please move on. Please do not fill our reviews with your unfounded negative comments. You never hired us for anything and it was determined that what you need is not what we do. No need to be negative and get upset.
