Lois was absolutely wonderful to work with! She responded very quickly to a quick turn around request and answered all my questions prior to the photo session. On the day of, she was very efficient in staging shots and providing clear instructions to us (which we really really appreciated!). She accommodated any requests we had for photos we wanted and was also creative in getting unique photos as well. After the session, she got back to me very quickly with the photo album and we were blown away by how great they all turned out!! We are lucky that she was able to capture such an important day for us and brought to life how happy we were 😊 Cannot recommended Lois enough!

Lois did an amazing job with my small courthouse wedding shoot! I wanted a specific style and she absolutely captured what I was looking for. She was willing to send me examples from her previous work and scout out places for us to go the day of. She is very professional and flexible and great with coaching through the poses. After the sudden passing of a family member right before our photos were scheduled, Lois was very accommodating in rescheduling our pictures a couple of times until i was in a good headspace to do them. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are listed by job type. When you are officially ready to book, I ask that you make a deposit to save the date, this way we are both committed to the shoot! If anything should come up, we can totally reschedule. The deposit will be deducted from the total, which is due when I have your gallery ready for you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone contacts me for a shoot, I like to have them fill out the contact info on my website. This way we can start the process of booking and get a vision of what they want for their shoot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I find education to be a very important part of my business, I would go as far to say it's even more important than my gear. Education is what has helped me understand lighting and how to create art. I've always had an eye for it, but it wasn't until I understood it, that I was able to take my photography to the next level.
