FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Since I worked as a photojournalist I've primarily photographed events that were occurring all around me and were going to happen whether I was ready or not. When you shoot in environments like this you get really good at thinking on your feet and responding in a moments notice. If you miss a great moment between two friends, that moment isn't coming back. Practicing that sort of readiness has made me really adept at shooting events, dances, young kids and sports. I've also done a lot of portrait shooting for high school seniors, Dj's and families and really enjoy that style of photography.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
While it it important to check out the photographer's website to see if you like their work, your decision should also take into account whether you can work with them as a person. While most photographers are very personable people and are great to work with, if a friend tells you they were difficult to work with and/or unresponsive to you emails/calls after the shoot, consider taking your business elsewhere.
