I usually don't like to work with structured companies when dealing with my home repairs. But Pro Max is that rare company that is actually there to support the customer, rather than put up a wall between me and the people working on my home. I felt I had the whole team working on my furnace. My furnace was not an easy fix. Response times were very quick.. They were more available than I was.. They were extremely communicative with emails and texts and follow up; always providing a phone number and a name, and always courteous and friendly. I had 5 or 6 phone calls back and forth with Nick one morning with questions and explanations and decisions. And they were truly professional in their craft. When the first part that they replaced did not fix the problem they applied what I had already paid to the cost of the next part and repairs. (Yes, I checked the price from other sources) These are people who really stand behind their work. Thank you, Max, Nick, Anna, and Kostas!
