Max was extremely helpful in coordinating the possible solutions. He gave us quotes for replacing the system as well as repairing the leakage. We went ahead with repair for cost purposes. Will definitely recommend Max for future HVAC work

We found ProMax through Thumbtack to install a level 2 EV charger and additional outlets for our our bathrooms. I went back and forth with Nick on Thumbtack about job scope, availability, and materials required. He was incredibly patient, accommodating, and responsive with our questions and our schedules, suggesting to us that this would be a reliable contracting company. Max came out right away that same weekend to start the job. It was a half-day effort to due the small spaces in our bathroom, along with Max needed to run a ton of wiring from our panel in the back of the house, into the crawl space, and out to our garage where the charger was ultimately installed. He was incredibly clean and respectful of our house and the job we wanted. He brought all the equipment required (we’ve had many contractors come half prepared with tools; also, look at how organized his truck is), walked us through all the steps required for installation, and reconfirmed with us throughout the job that the outlets were installed exactly where we wanted. Moreover, the cleanup process afterwards was impeccable as he wiped down the floors where he worked inside our house and vacuumed the outside where there was drilling/cutting. Would highly recommend Max and his team, who are responsive, accommodating, and thorough in their work. We’ll be contacting Max when we are ready to do our HVAC/duct work in the attic.
