I been doing HVAC work for 14 years now, My job title is Superintendent. We do multy family apartment building for new construction all over the Bay Area. I do side jobs all the time, I guaranteed you my price will be the lowest you will find. Clean work is always my priority. HVAC is the only job I done, I love what I do for a living. Juan installed an AC unit in the originally estimated time (two afternoons), for the originally estimated price (no extra charges), and even took care of an additional issue I had with the blower in my furnance (this issue was completely separate from the requested work). He ensured I was completely satisfied with his work and I am happy to say that I am entirely satisfied.

I take cash or check, I do this as a SIDE JOB, not thru the company I work for. I give 3 year warranty on my labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give free estimate, you pay me after job is finished and customer is happy with all work performed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years experience, everything I learn was in the field working as an installer.
