We love our customers! We are a family owned company, and our goal is to make sure all of our customers are taken care of with professionalism, and great customer service. Most of our repairs come with a full 1 year warranty, instead of the typical 30 day warranty provided by other companies. All the customers we work with are all great people. The "easy" repair we expected turned out not to work, so All Temp returned the next day with the necessary parts and completed the work. I used the repaired furnace this morning and it worked beautifully.

Contacted via Thumbstack. They were very responsive, gave straightforward quote, communicated along the way to update if electrician would come late. We had Sensi thermo. They work fine but our house setting is better with Ecobee + its sensor set up. They replaced 2 thermostats with the Ecobee and helped set up.

Fixed our AC in 1.5 hours. You have to ask him to waive the $70 service charge! Except that, I am satisfied with the work.
