We worked with Iris Mechanical to replace our old gas furnace with a heat pump. From start to finish, the team was so professional and thoughtful. Nick did an excellent job of communicating the process and giving us all the options before we landed on one that would work for us. These guys do not cut corners. They are very detailed and do high quality work. Their team took about 3 days to install the new system (we had no prior existing ductwork), and everyone on the team was so considerate the entire time. Others have said it before, but this is truly one of the best contractor experiences! And of course, we are enjoying our heat pump as well.
