I hired KanStructor to fix a rotted subfloor and install new vinyl plank flooring in my bathroom. While other contractors gave me huge quotes and wanted to rip out my entire shower, he came up with a smart plan to fix just the floor structure without unnecessary demolition. He did an excellent job reinforcing the subfloor beams and installing the new Rigid Core vinyl I purchased. He is hardworking, honest, and his pricing is unbeatable for the quality of work he delivers. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and won't overcharge you, hire him!

Prices vary on the size of the project. We use high quality materials on our projects. Offer discount to client usually means contractor has to use low quality materials or tools. For some time we offer to our clients discounts on holiday days.

We do install Pergolas , Sunrooms and decks. Our projects takes up to 2-3 week depending on the project. I did not include permit processing.
