Introduction: I think outside the box. An example; One customer had an issue with her shower door hitting the toilet while opening it to just 2/3 wide. It was obvious that the whomever remodeled the bathroom prior to her living there did not take into consideration it's length and how it would block the shower door from opening completely. The customer wanted to replace the toilet. I looked at it and said, you'll spend more money on a new toilet and still not be able to open the door completely. I suggested that we remove the shower door and replace it with a shower curtain and I'll replace the tiles with the holes in them. She loved the idea and went with it. I did as described and replaced some tiles that had been drilled through and she loved it. She was a repeat customer for several years until she moved out of state. I performed many different services around her home including; detailing her vehicle, installing shelves, blinds and curtains, regrouting a bathroom floor, recaulking a tub, cleaning a dryer exhaust vent, stacking her washer and dryer, pressure washing and resealing her wood porch, and a few other odd jobs. I get to do something different every day that makes my customer's lives a little nicer and in most instances, easier. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing the satisfaction on a customer's face.
