What I look for is peace of mind and Kamspower def did that and more. Through his recommendation, considering my request, I was able to upgrade my switches to smart ones where I can control everything on my phone. Kevin was the first one to contact me when I sent out a request to various pro’s around the area. He called me right away and we discussed my issue in which he said he will have someone come out the next day to fix. Which he did.
However, the light fixture he/his team fixed is now working but another fixture went out. Right after I paid for his service, I asked him about the new issue to see if it had anything to do with what him/his team did. I’m not the pro here so I don’t know. It was working prior to this so I just asked him if maybe there was some wiring issue. He took note of this and said he will ask the person who went out there about it and get back to me. This was last Thursday.. I tried messaging him and calling him on Monday, but no response or call back. It is now Wednesday and still nothing. It’s weird because he was very responsive prior to this…..
