- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To continue personal achievement and continuously improve my service, I am currently taking classes toward another degree in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching, focusing on Behavior Change and Nutrition.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had much success with weight loss clients, healthy lifestyles, meal prep, 5k to half marathon training, core strengthening, and so much more. Also have found success for clients with knee issues, back problems, medical issues such as diabetes and asthma, shoulder issues, in physical therapy, etc. I lead in positive habits and healthy lifestyles, personal strength training, utilize techniques for maximum caloric burn, cardio endurance, and core strengthening. I also provide meal prep and nutritional advice, on-your-own work, couch to 5k programs, run groups, and kids groups.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say to check references and the trainer's own personal goals. If their mission and technique is not aligned with what will help you achieve your own goals, don't sign on! You WILL find a trainer who 'fits' and will give you all the tools you need to achieve your goals!
