- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with talking to the client about what they want achieved, by when, and their budget. I like to be transparent and set realistic expectations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to always keep in mind the saying, “You get what you pay for.” If you do not have the budget to hire somebody who can do quality work for you, I would recommend waiting till you do. If you choose someone just because it’s the cheapest price, it will cost you much more in the long run.
