Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.

She is knowledgeable in all things health and fitness, patient with those who need more hand holding, and she is persistent. She helped me reach my goals quickly and in a healthy way. What can I say about Helene? I've met her via thumbtack because I had severe lower back issues and PT didn't help me. I've been doing private at home sessions with Helene for almost 2 years now and I will never stop doing them with her. She has changed my life for the good, I have less pain, she monitors me to make sure I don't do anything wrong and she goes above and beyond bringing me props that work for me. Throughout spending so much time she's become more than just my pilates teacher, she's become a close friend whom I trust and can always talk to. She understands how to adapt to different personalities, she is ALWAYS on time and NEVER cancelled on me. When my schedule changes she does everything she can to accommodate. Lauren is THE BEST pilates instructor in Los Angeles. I take pilates at several different studios around LA and I have yet to find an instructor who continuously challenges me in every single class. Lauren changes each class and I am sore after taking her pilates class. She is very technical, hands on, attentive, and professional. In fact, I follow her to different studios because I enjoy her classes so much! I would recommend Lauren for a beginner to advanced student. She never disappoints and makes me sweat in every class.

This studio offers the best workout in the area! Jasmine uses her vast knowledge to come up with a unique workout that blends Pilates, barre, and Magic to get the best possible workout in the shortest period of time. She is able to adjust for injuries but still able to challenge you. Jasmine has the best play list, great positive energy, a wicked sharp sense of humor that she injects into the class strategically, just to keep you going! Each class is unique and fun and the group of women who workout there are fantastic!! My arms and derrière have never looked better! What are you waiting for.....
Anne is one of the best health and fitness professionals in the country. She draws on her experience as a professional dancer, on her gentle and kind personality, and an amazing amount of knowledge and sensitivity. Working with Anne on Pilates and the Swiss ball kept me in shape during my first pregnancy and after. My legs look about three inches longer after training with Anne, and my confidence is much much greater. If you want to work hard, but in a way that you can take out of the gym, Anne is your trainer. She explains every exercise in a way that increases your awareness of your body. I enjoy aerial dancing, and I know that working with Anne has really helped prevent injury. EVERY SERIOUS ATHLETE should train with this woman, she will help you remain injury free!
David is hands down the best pilates instructor I've ever worked with! He is extremely knowledgable about the body and knows exactly how to tailor exercises to meet individual needs. I had a very serious back injury and working consistently with David has greatly improved my mobility, strength, and I now have zero pain. His energy and enthusiasm shines in how he teaches and is truly contagious. I highly recommend David!

I am a classically certified Pilates instructor. I have worked in both fitness and rehab settings since 2003, and accept referrals from physical therapists and chiropractors. I understand how to challenge clients and encourage them to do exercises that seem impossible in the beginning. My clients see dramatic changes in strength and flexibility and enjoy the results. The exercise that seemed impossible becomes fun! Many Pilates teachers can teach you a routine, but I tailor each session to teach you the exercises that will help with your individual bodys limitations. Every session is tailored to your body. Together, we work on the Pilates exercises that can move your body closer to ideal alignment. Muscle imbalance can lead to low back pain and joint pain, and working towards ideal alignment through Pilates can be a useful tool to manage preexisting conditions and prevent injuries. Using Pilates, I can work to strengthen core muscles that are weak and stretch muscles that are too tight to bring you closer to ideal function and health. Your waist may shrink and you will start to look taller and leaner as you get stronger from the inside out.
