Hi, I’m Hasti! I took my very first Pilates class 7 years ago, absolutely fell in love instantly, and knew that I wanted to become certified to teach. My passion is helping clients build confidence and strength by challenging them in ways they didn’t think were possible. My favorite moments are when someone hesitates before a sequence and says, “I can’t do this.” I always tell them, just try it — see what happens. And when they finish stronger than they expected? That confidence shift is everything. I love creating a space where everyone feels welcomed and included — especially if it’s your very first class! Trying something new can be intimidating, and I feel honored when someone trusts me to guide them through that first step. Celebrating my clients for doing the hard stuff is one of my favorite parts of teaching. My coaching style blends challenge with humor and fun. You’ll work hard, laugh a little, and leave feeling stronger — and maybe even wishing the workout wasn’t over.
