- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer one free consultation at my customer's location (no charge up to 20 miles radius, after that .50 cents per mile traveled). Over the course of the consultation, i encourage the client to ask as many questions as possible, and to talk to me about his/her business, and all goals and objectives involved that are expected to directly correlate to the new website. Once the design, features and user experience has been discussed in detail, it typically takes me about 24 hours to get back to the client with a satisfactory quote. If the client is happy with my quote, i calculate the true retainer required to start the project, at 50% of the quoted price. Once payment is received, the work begins on a testing server, where the new website is developed until complete. Once the website is complete, the full balance of the invoice is to be paid in full before uploading the website on the client's hosting server. At which point, the client is given all access to the website, including passwords, access codes, PIN's and any and all information necessary to manage the website. After successful deployment, the client is granted 30 days of support free of charge, after which my regular hourly rate applies.

I have attended Graphic design at Central TAFE and Multimedia at AMTC TAFE in Perth Western Australia, as well as a large number of internships betwrrn Australia, Europe and the United States.
