FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of work, materials needed, labor, code requirements, and job conditions. I do my best to give fair and upfront pricing with no surprise fees. Electrical work is not something to cut corners on, so my pricing reflects licensed, bonded, insured, and code-compliant work done safely and professionally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding what the customer needs, asking the right questions, and reviewing photos or scheduling a job walk when needed. From there, I explain the options clearly, provide a fair estimate, and complete the work safely, cleanly, and to code. Communication is important, so I make sure the customer knows what to expect before work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a 4 year electrical apprenticeship program. After that god my journeyman license with the state board. After years of being a journeyman decided to go for an electrical contractor license and now have that.
