Oscar and his crew were amazing! He always showed up when he said he was going to and followed through with the project in a timely manner. Oscar was very respectful, professional and has an optimistic attitude. The drywall and finish work were impeccable. And best of all, he took precautions not to scratch our flooring by taping down paper floor covering from the front door to the bathroom in which the work was being done. And, lastly, he and his crew did a great job with the clean up. Thank you Essential Living for a job well done!

I had a wonderful experience working with Essential Living Construction on multiple projects: bedroom wall repair, fence removal, repaired and painted a retaining wall and the front door.
The options were laid out clearly and they followed through on every promise made in the contract. The repairs were handled quickly and professionally. Contractor Oscar Barajas kept me updated throughout the process. There were no surprise expenses at the end. The crew kept everything neat and clean during the repairs and after completion.
