FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Lately, websites are the most common type of job we design. A lot of businesses have built websites that are simply out of date or just not pretty. We come in an update them with a refreshing new look and add functionality. In most cases the client can work on their own site once we have built the structure for it. A large batch of other businesses are either new or have never gotten themselves onto the web. For these types, we get to build from scratch, which is a fun job for us and usually an exciting adventure for the customer as they get to see it grow. It's almost like building a new home for their business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. Have a great plan or let us develop one together before we start. A great plan today saves time on the design and cost in the end. Don't simply come to us and say, "I need an ad for a publication." Sketch something out, type up your content, look for images on the web. Have a plan! 2. Know your audience! If we know who you are selling to, it's much easier to design for that demographic. 3. Bring something to the table. If there is a look that you like, bring some samples. Just about everyone sees something they really like and say, "Man, I wish my stuff looked like this!" Well, we can make that happen for you. We won't plagiarize, but we can take a look into consideration when developing yours.
