- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in giving customers fair and honest pricing for every project. Every home and job is different, so I like to provide free estimates and take the time to understand exactly what the customer needs before giving a price. My goal is to deliver quality workmanship at a fair cost while treating every home with care and respect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by speaking with the customer about their project, ideas, and goals. After that, I schedule a time to see the project in person and provide a free estimate. Once we agree on the work, I focus on completing the project carefully and making sure everything is done the right way from start to finish. I always want customers to feel confident and proud of the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in remodeling and home improvement work. Over the years, I’ve worked on kitchen remodeling, stucco, drywall, deck waterproofing, and many other projects. My experience has helped me learn the importance of quality workmanship, attention to detail, and doing every job correctly and safely.
