Monthly Reconciliation & Reporting • What it includes: Posting your transactions to industry-specific categories Reconciling your transactions with your bank statements Sending you and/or your CPA monthly financial reports • How it works: Each month you send us your bank statements We post and reconcile your bank transactions We email you month-end financial reports. It’s that easy! • What it costs: Plan Transactions* Bank Accounts Monthly Rate Economy 75 2 $200 Enhanced 100 3 $300 Elite 125 4 $400 Enterprise 150 5 $500 *Transactions are determined by taking a total monthly average of all transactions (debits and credits) from each of your bank statements 1099 Preparation & Reporting • What it includes: Preparing and sending annual Form 1099-Misc and/or 1099-NEC to each of your eligible vendors Preparing and filing annual Form 1096 with the Department of the Treasury (IRS) • How it works: You send us your eligible 1099 vendor information I prepare and send Form 1099-Misc / 1099-NEC to each vendor by January 31st I prepare and file Form 1096 with the IRS by January 31st • What it costs: $100 processing fee + $12 per 1099-Misc / 1099-NEC Payroll Processing & Reporting • What it includes: Paying your employees Processing your payroll tax deposits Preparing and filing your payroll tax forms (Forms 940, 941, W-2s, W-3, etc.) • How it works: You send us your payroll data (employee’s time, pay rates, commission, etc.) I pay your employees via check or direct deposit I process your payroll tax deposits and file your payroll tax forms • What it costs: $100/month for less than 5 employees + $15/employee/W-2 at year end
