At last! I no longer have to keep looking for a professional, trustworthy, appliance repair resource. Jean, the owner of Everest Tower Appliance Repair, will be my go-to person going forward. My refrigerator icemaker was making ice but not dispensing it. Jean arrived on time and quietly and efficiently diagnosed the situation and found the source of the problem. Although I did not go forward with purchasing a new motor at the time of his visit, I will reach out to him when I am ready - he has already provided me, in writing, with the cost for the parts and labor, minus the service charge I paid him. His service is impeccable as his follow up. I recommend Everest Tower Appliance Repair and Jean, without hesitation.

My experience with Everest Tower Inc. was smooth and easy. The appliance tech. /Jean arrived in a timely manner. Jean was very polite professional and prompt. The first visit he diagnosed the washer to see what was the problem. After diagnosing the problem and ordering the parts. He replaced the door boot and the four shock absorbers. The washer no longer shakes or leak. Two big thumbs up for Jean, very honest and great guy, also a fair price. I will hire him again, he's much more honest and competent than previous Appliance Techs. that has come to my home.

I had a leak underneath my dishwasher and reached out to Jan at Everest Tower Appliance Repair. He came out the following day to inspect and explain the issue. Once he received the part that needed to be replaced to stop the leaking, he repaired the dishwasher right away. I would definitely work with Jan and Everest Tower Appliance Repair again.

Jean was very conscientious and put on shoe covers as soon as he entered our home. He immediately got to work and knew exactly what to do and look for. I felt confident in his work and conclusions and will be using him again in the future for all appliance questions.
